All of the goods I  produce are individually handmade with great care in my Oak Springs Studio.  It is my intention to create one of kind items to ensure that you are receiving something completely special and unique.  Some of the sachets and accessory pieces I design & make are produced in small batches, and therefore would be considered  limited editions.

All items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely and in tact.  All goods are shipped Priority through the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.  All goods will ship 2-3 days from the date the order is placed.  Shipping costs will vary depending on where goods are being shipped.  If you would like your order at arrive zippity quick, please contact me to make arrangements at karen@karengraydesign.com.  I am happy to announce that I am now prepared to ship my goods internationally. Q: Can I place an order on the phone?

A: Yes.  Just pick up the phone and give me a call at 336-760-1192. It’s that easy.

Q:  What if my shipment arrives with damaged merchandise?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancellations are accepted after two days of order being placed.  An email is requested within two days for proper methods to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email karen@karengraydesign.com

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Only North Carolina residents will be charged sales tax.

Q: How do I care for my Karen Gray Design products?

A: All of my products are carefully constructed using a variety of fabrics and trims.  I recommend that you care for your products by spot cleaning with a mild soap and water solution. Dry cleaning is also recommended to retain product shape and vibrancy

Q: Are your products available on a wholesale basis?

A: Maybe.  Since I am a small business and do not mass produce my designs, wholesale inquiries are considered on an individual basis.
